December 11 2023 - March 2 2024
No Classes:
December 24 - January 7 due to Christmas break

We are excited to offer 'Adult Gym Fit' in this upcoming winter session! Adult Gym fit is for participants who are 18+. Think fitness with a gymnastics twist! No gymnastics experience is required. Using the influence of gymnastics foundations, you will work to increase your strength, flexibility and mobility with the guidance of a coach with both a fitness coaching and gymnastics coaching background!

If your child has been invited to our invite only classes (advanced rec, developmental and pre-competitive) you will receive an email with your code to access those classes. If you have not received it please read our 'I didn't get that email' post for next steps
